The Left arm and legs are and neck are loose Looks like there's some blue foreign threading to keep the cape on The hips are very tight I put a new rubber band on There's a tab missing on the chariot to clip the cobra neck on but when you out the head of the snake tight into the handle bars it's holds it together very well The Chariot is in good shape but isn't clipping tight so the black rear fins shift a bit ..see last pic I will be listing many more GI joe items so save me as a seller and keep checking listings for great deals
