Unless specificly stated, Refurbished products might carry Full Manufacturer's Warranty or only a limited 30-90 days Warranty (please ask before you buy). Unless specificly stated, used products carry no Warranty but can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns / Exchanges & Refunds 30-Days Return Guarantee 1. Returning/Exchanging If your product arrives defective or damaged, try refusing delivery from the Carrier. That will allow us to ship a replacement unit quickly. If refusing delivery is not possible, contact us and we will send you instructions for the return/exchange. Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product might end up lost if returned without an RA#. Time allowed for Returns If you need to return a product for any reason, you can do so but you have to report the issue and request the return within 7 days of receipt and the return has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment to you.
