Set up Guidelines (for standard chord/bulb): Setting your Selenite lamp up is relatively easy. First, screw the bulb into the insert at the end of the chord. Second, insert the bulb and socket underneath the lamp, the two prongs on either side of the socket should flush up against the lamp keeping it secure. Third, slot the chord into the small slit in the base of the lamp, this will allow the lamp to sit flush. Lastly find a spot for your beautiful crystal and enjoy the soothing light from these charming Selenite Tower Lamps. If you need to remove the bulb/socket, gently pull on the chord until you can reach at least one prong, press on the prong which should allow the entire piece to slide out. Some notes on the material: This fibrous crystal has natural fissures and fibers running through it - it can look like 'veins' running through the material. This can give the appearance of damage - it is not - it is very normal for selenite. Selenite can have minor inclusions so the odd speck, dark mark or minor discoloration may be visible. Be aware that selenite should be kept away from water so do not use water to cleanse the lamp. Selenite scratches, chips, dents, and fractures very easily. Due to its soft nature, please expect all Selenite products to have some minor 'imperfections'. This is a natural product so specification varies from item to item.
