Description: Seiko 6309-7040 serial number 1N0755 from November 1981 Exactly 43 years old this month and looking great with minimal patina. This has the sought after Roman - English calendar , running superbly with no issues and ready to wear or keep as a collection piece. Well maintained , running very well and keeping very good timing with good power reserve. No issues . All original watch apart from a recent replacement strap . The strap is the era correct Flat Vent strap which this watch would have had originally been sold with , it’s good quality and as accurate as the original . Excellent original dial and hands with light patina , a little fading to the Seiko motif , but still showing the small font under the 6 o’clock indice . It has the correct calendar bevel . Really super case work and case back , as per the photos . There are minimal age related wear marks to the case back . Very glossy Original clear crystal , looks great . Original black insert , this is still nice condition, the bezel turns fine , no issues with the click ball . Crown screws in nicely. The calendar turns over perfectly.
