Description: Seiko Lord Matic Vintage 5606-7100 23 Jewels Rare Day display dial great condition A collectable and retro brushed white dial Lord Matic 5606-7100. This is a stunning dress watch from 70s Seiko. The beautiful white dial is still in very good condition (almost mint!) showing no previous water intrusion. This dial layout is also rare in that it shows the full day display at 9’ O’ clock position. Most Lord Matics only shows a partial day display. The dial also features a soft brushed finished which is very cool but difficult to photo graph. The watch comes with a stainless-steel bracelet with a maximum wrist size of 7 ¾ inches. The day -date quick set is working properly. This is a JDM model that comes with Kanji day wheel. The 5606 Lord Matics was a high end offering from Seiko and was positioned just below King Seiko in the 70s. The 5606 movement also shares at lot of common parts with the more famous King Seiko 5626/5625 movement. Except for the movement the 5606 case and the dials were designed as good as King Seikos. The watch also features manual winding and a hacking seconds hand. It is in good running condition with all function working including the day/date quick set. The case is 35 MM with lug to lug of 40 MM and the lug size is 18 MM. The case and the glass looks clean but there might be micro scratches under different viewing angles.
