The youngsters Laser, Checo, Dannie, Blocker, Lana, Mary and Pia are hosting a party with sex, drugs and music in a shopping mall for one night. However, this is protected by a corrupt security company. When they notice the unindicated guests, Mark “Pops” Popp quickly has the idea of stealing the 2.5 million mark in the vault with his colleague Michi Holzner and blaming the burglars. The colleague Mona Wendt also responds to this. The hunt between the revellers and the guards escalates when Lana balances in the ecstasy noise on the roof of the shopping center and Pia wants to take her away from there. Mona follows the youngsters on the roof, Pia frightens through her appearance, falls down and dies. Although Dannie and Mary have seen everything, they are behind Lana's opinion that Mona Pia had pushed off the roof. Thus she rushes lasers and the others into a revenge action, and a war breaks out between the youth and the security guards. When lasers, checko and blockers enter the roof, Mona flees, as she does not want to fire at the young people. When the third guard shot by Checo recognizes the true motivations of Pop, he tries to get help and gets into a crossfire between the guards Pops and Michi and the youth. When he calls Blocker to help the young people and explains his point of view, it is shot at by both sides. Pops' attempts to kill him are thwarted by Mona. Only at the second attempt Pops manage to kill him. During a battle, Mona Laser saves life, but shortly afterwards Mona Laser saves life, being overwhelmed and tied by Blocker, Dannie and Mary. During an exchange of guns, Blocker, who happened to run into the shooting of pops, is shot. Mona is now being made a false process, in which only lasers try to protect them, since he has recognized that Mona is on her side. The verdict is still the death penalty, because lasers cannot convince the others. Despite the verdict, the youth are trying to blackmail pops and demand half of the 2.5 million marks in exchange for Mona. Pops and Michi are now visiting the group to kill them. During a short firefight, laser manages to escape with Mona. Now Checko is negotiating, who is now looking for money to create a new existence, with pops. On the escape of laser and Mona, they are shot at by Pops and Michi and flee into a jeep of the security service. However, she decide in time to turn back before Pops blows up the jeep. Mona and Laser survive and visit the group again to save them from pops. Mary is now trying to take revenge on pops, shocked by Blocker's death. However, she is overwhelmed by a deception of Pops and Michi. When Pops threatens to shoot them, Michi tries to prevent him from doing so, and is shot by pops. Mary can still shoot Pops, but is also hit fatally himself and dies when the rest of the group arrives. Now pops and checko are after the money and the others. The young people are locked in a cold store with Mona. Mona manages to fight through to pops and checko, who are already fighting. In a showdown, Pops crashes through a hatch into the cold room. Mona shower it with the money. Meanwhile, Checko frees the others from the refrigerator to protect them from being freezing. When Checko wants to shoot Pops, Laser holds it back and only lights the pile of banknotes that lies next to pops. Schlaraffenland aka Cockaigne or Cockayne is a land of plenty in medieval myth, an imaginary place of extreme luxury and ease where physical comforts and pleasures are always immediately at hand and where the harshness of medieval peasant life does not exist.
