SCARCE 1950s/1960s MID CENTURY SEARS ROEBUCK & CO 72" SANTA CLAUS DOOR POSTER

Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION:Up for sale is a wonderful VINTAGE door poster made for the Sears Roebuck company in the late 1950's or early 1960's. It is 72" long x 36" wide and is printed on heavy stock thick/ rigid matte finish paper. It has a colorful image of Santa in traditional costume with a bag filled with presents. It is marked "Sears Roebuck & Co" and "Litho in USA" on the bottom margins. The colors are still vivid and the image has never been hung up or used. It is free from tape marks, tears, or pinholes. It was stored rolled up so the outer border has some age foxing to the backside of the paper which is about 8" from the top of the image on the reverse side. It does not read through to the front image. ***Please note that my camera is cobalt blue and often makes polished surfaces look dark due to the reflection on the metal surface.*** SHIPPING:First class shipping, insurance, and handling in the US is $12. I am happy to ship multiple auction wins in the same package at the actual cost plus insurance. International shipping is through ebay’s global shipping program. I try my best to wrap all items securely, and to ship in a timely fashion. Once the item is wrapped, a shipping label is created, and the tracking number is provided on ebay. I personally have my packages scanned by the post office before they obtain possession.
