For those who are not aware, before Incoco, Incoco Coconut, and Color Street were created by owner Fa Park, he was contracted to make Sally Hansen’s Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips. These nail polish strips apply just like Incoco, Incoco Coconut, and Color Street nail strips, and all the ones we and our suppliers have used are the quality of the retired Color Street sets. As with all nail sets, we cannot guarantee the freshness or usability of the strips, however our supplier has told us that a client of hers recently used a set from many years ago, and the strips went on just fine.PLEASE NOTE: these are not my photos and packaging may vary. Please message us a photo of the actual item, should you want to see it. Can also be used for pedicures! All sets are new, fully sealed, and come in their original cardboard packaging. Each set is individually wrapped in a clear, plastic sleeve. All sets are stored in plastic storage containers in a temperature controlled home. Our home is smoke free, but pet friendly. PLEASE NOTE: Some of the cardboard packages for our nail sets may contain tears, pop seams, scuffs, markings/writing, or old stylist stickers or sticker residue. But, this is only a small minority of our sets. However, all nail strips are undamaged and factory sealed, unless otherwise noted. We do NOT consider a nail set defective or damaged for purposes of a replacement or refund when the cardboard packaging is not pristine. If you are concerned about the condition of the cardboard packaging, YOU MUST message us for the specifics of a certain nail set. All nail sets are temperature sensitive because they are real nail polish in a strip form. So, do not leave out in the sun or in places of extreme heat or cold. If the nail polish strip appears dried out or inflexible, warm the strips up before use to make the nail polish pliable again. Shipping Policy: All nail set purchases will be shipped in a poly bag, bubble envelope, or kraft paper box (unless otherwise noted), depending on how many sets are purchased. The cost of shipping is also dependent on how many nail sets you purchase. PLEASE NOTE: shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Shipping is COMBINED for all purchases! Therefore, the more you purchase, the more bang for your buck you get on shipping! Due to recent shipping charge increases by USPS, the following combined shipping breakdown applies, and will now be applied automatically by eBay: 1. One nail set - $2.50, shipped via USPS First Class Shipping, which does NOT include tracking info. If you would like tracking added to your purchase, you MUST let us know BEFORE you pay so we can adjust the shipping cost. 2. For each additional nail set, $0.75 will be added to your shipping cost. (For example: if purchasing three nail sets you will be charged $2.50 (first set) + $0.75 (second set) + $0.75 (third set) = $4.00). Any purchase of more than one nail set will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Flat Rate Priority depending on how many sets are purchased. You will NEVER pay more than $20 for your combined nail set purchase, no matter how many nail sets you purchase! 3. Any nail set purchase of $75 or more will get you FREE SHIPPING! If purchasing anything OTHER THAN nail sets, your items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Flat Rate Priority Shipping, or UPS Ground Economy, whichever is more efficient. The shipping cost of each item is expressly stated on each listing page. PLEASE NOTE: Fortuna Logistics is a two-person team, and each of us have full-time jobs. As such, we package orders on Sundays and Wednesdays, and then ship out on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders MUST be paid for by 5:00 P.M. PST on Wednesdays and Sundays in order for your purchase to be packaged and shipped the following shipping day.
