It has a flat bottom but is stable in water because of the wide beam and heavy weight, over 2 pounds. It also has a deck house aft. It appears to be red paint on pine. This was an advertising premium at the 2001 Antique and Classic Boat Show at Skaneateles, NY. New Old Stock in original box. Some storage dust migrated into the box. There are 2 boats available.
