I usually put Saint Pictures or Jesus on one end and Our Lady on the other end. Most of my scapulars have Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on one end. That was her Title when she first gave the Scapular to St. Simon Stock in the 12 Hundreds. This one has the Sacred Heart of Jesus on one end and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on the other end. On this Scapular I put 18" Red Wine Super Silky Strings to go with the two images. For People who are sensitive to the normal strings that come with other Scapulars this is the one for you. The strings are Strong and Durable and yet so soft you won't know you are wearing a Scapular.
