Description: Up for purchase is volume 1, issue 138 of Dell Comics "Roy Rogers and Trigger.", based on the TV show by the same name. This issue was printed in 1960 by Dell Publishing Company, Inc. and is copyrighted by Roy Rogers-Frontiers, Inc. in 1961. It sold originally for 10 cents. I have to say that this particular RARE example is in "acceptable condition", in my honest opinion. Please note, however, that I'm not an expert comic book appraiser so look carefully at the pictures and render your own decision. The pictures are part of the description. The spline is "acceptable" with creasing. The front and back covers are also "acceptable" with creasing and some fading. Furthermore, the inside pages look "acceptable", however, please note that the pages are yellowed from age. Also, the very center page has pulled away from the staples and is loose. It also has small tears on its edges. The staples are solid, with the exception of the loose page. This is why I classify this as only "acceptable" rather than "good".
