Pull off the cap for the eraser. No box or packaging. The pen is dry. We did not disassemble the pen. We did unscrew the bottom point to revel that there are 4 inside. We cannot guarantee if the pen pencil is refilled that it will work. The eraser is hard, not full and has been used. Buying as is. We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage.
