Common Applications: Inhalation: Nervous tension and anxiety: Put 1 drop of Roman Chamomile essential oil on a tissue and tuck it into a shirt pocket or bra strap, so that the odor rises throughout the day. Alternatively, Put 3 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil into a vaporizer and vaporize for 2 hours in the bedroom before going to sleep or in the place where the stressful situation occurs. Do not use the oil for more than a few days at a time, or the odor can become linked to the stressful situation itself and provoke the feelings of stress you are trying to alleviate Premenstrual Syndrome: Add 3 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil to 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and massage gently into the abdomen and lower back, using soft clockwise circular strokes. Alternatively, run a warm bath (not too hot), and add 3 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil to the water before getting into it. Allow the uplifting scent to ease away the irritability and stress.
