Description: I'm not an expert on this item at all, so all this information is just my opinion, you'll have to be the judge. I believe this is a ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL 1904 CARTRIDGE AMMO BOX, I also believe this may be a McKeever. This is an all leather ammo box with brass parts. Please note this item was found on the east coast of the United states, the Maryland area to be exact. This is exactly the way I found it, I did not try to clean it up I did not try to do anything to it whatsoever, except take pictures. This would be a fantastic I have to clean up, or just leave it alone and add it to a really cool collection, either way this is fantastic find. This is a used item so there are scratches ,Nicks, missing parts, stains, dust, dirt, but that's all to be expected for as old as this item is . This fantastic Collector's item is MARKED ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL 1904 T.C. on the side of the ammo pouch ( seepictures).
