This is new so it was the first time the pneumatic cord had ever been plugged into its Port I did do it one handed but somebody who is injured might need assistance. The robotic rehabilitator would really be helpful for somebody to recover from loss of movement in their hand due to stroke ,cerebral palsy anything that needs to rebuild your fingers muscle, nerve ,movement . After powering it up and watching it move, I had to try it on it has give... More of a universal size in with the neospren or wet suit material. I usually would wear a large latex medical glove and it fits me. it has some adjustment room with the material and Velcro straps.
