Description: This is a Rob Zombie movie music mashup t-shirt that was hand screen printed in the U.S.A. NOT a sublimation or heat press print (iron on/vinyl). NO machines were involved in the printing process of this t-shirt. It features a semi gritty bloody Sheri Moon as the character "Baby Firefly" holding a necktie of a freshly killed blood drenched victim on the front. The image is accompanied by the lyrics from Rob Zombie's song "Spookshow Baby" that reads, "She's a killer! She's a thriller! Spookshow Baby!" The shirt is made out of 100% cotton. No side seams. The photos in the listing are the actual photos of the shirt. It is NOT an image photoshopped/edited onto an image of a t-shirt. I took the actual photos of the actual shirt myself. BACKSTORY: Basically, the song "Spookshow Baby" was stuck in my head one day. Not sure why, because I hadn't actually heard the song in some time. The song is from Rob Zombie's first album "Hellbilly Deluxe" that was released in 1998, August 25th to be exact. As the song's chorus kept playing over and over in my head, I began to actually sing it out loud. Part of the chorus is, "She's A Killer! She's A Thriller! Spookshow Baby!". Then I realized the song was released several years before Rob Zombie's film "House of a 1000 Corpses". Which probably meant the song was a premeditation of sorts of the character "Baby Firefly". The 1000 Corpses movie was supposed to be released in 2000 but, due to a lot of "red tape issues", it was pushed back to 2003. So one could speculate that the song was intentionally written with the idea in mind of the movie and character "Baby Firefly" or could have just been a wild coincidence. Either way, the link between the song and the character is what drove the idea for this design. If it wasn't for that link, I don't think I would have made it. I wanted to make a "Baby" print for a while, but there are already so many, and they're mostly all the same. And I like to make unique prints for lesser known subject matters. BUT with the anniversary of the release of "Hellbilly Deluxe" coming up (It's August 1st as I write this) I really wanted to do something Rob Zombie related and of course the Halloween season is right around the corner. And of course for some, it's always Halloween/Horror season. So I borrowed from the old spook show poster aesthetics a little, but I didn't just want to make a poster or flyer style design. I wanted it to look almost like a cartoon TV show tee, as if you mixed something kid friendly like "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?" with "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". I think I succeeded in this. If somehow you've found this post, but have never heard the song "Spookshow Baby", I added the Spotify link at the bottom.
