It is not broken it just doesn’t have a strong connection. This is why our granddaughter didn’t play with the doll very often. He is clean, can still be used or displayed & “sold as is.” There is a choking hazard warning, small pieces, not for children 4 yrs. & under. Our teen granddaughter is downsizing her collection.
