Finally, mail the packing slip along with purchased items, all their contents, and product packaging to the address provided to you. We must receive your returned items within 45 days of the date of sale (see Non-Returnable Items for exceptions). We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an error on the part of Climatedoctors, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
