No one could have guessed that a penguin, rooster, fox or alligator emblem could have transported a simple cotton shirt onto the chests of middle-class America, but strange things happened in the 1980s! The Izod Lacoste sport shirt sold briskly, followed by Munsingwear's Grand Slam shirt (with a penguin insignia). If you couldn’t have a preppy Izod or Polo back in the 1980s, and didn’t have a fox or dragon shirt, now is your chance! The company has begun reprinting some of the older designs!
