Description: This Limited Edition Rado Hyperchrome 1616 is in high-tech ceramic in matte black. This limited edition timepiece is discontinued and as you can see from the photo of the invoice, the original retail was $2700. This was purchased at a discount for $2160 due to the purchase of multiple timepieces. Currently, it sells for $2000+ based on my chrono 24 and ebay search. Note that this is a very rare find and hard to come across. It is in great cosmetic and working order. The case and outer buckle, are ceramic and are extremely wear resistant.Leather band shows wear on the inside and on the edges however this wear is not visible from outside while wearing. If desired, band can be replaced via Rado or 3rd party sellers. I have seen prices on the order of $150 for an original Rado leather (exact) replacement band. Cushion-shaped case that has a diameter of 46mm and has a Panerai-like presence on the wrist especially with the crown protectors. It feels and functions like a true luxury timepiece. The Rado Hyperchrome 1616 is powered by an ETA automatic movement, specifically the Caliber CO7.621 that is an evolution of the classic 2824-2 movement. Offering the hours, minutes, seconds, day and date function, the movement is also enabled to boast a power reserve of a phenomenal 80 hours.
