These items have been taken care of and show very minimal wear and tear from normal use.Good- These items look good but you can definitely tell they have been previously used but are still in working order. Acceptable ? These items are worn, and well loved. The are still in good working order and just have cosmetic defects. Used Media items will not have DLC Add-On codes. We also do not sell any PAL items (unless specifically stated), meaning our items will only work in NTSC video equipment. Store Hours And Support: We generally are available 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday. Occasionally we will be available during the weekends but there is no regular schedule. Domestic Shipping Policy: We will generally ship your item within 1 business day. We mostly use USPS but also utilize UPS & FedEx. Shipping ranges from $5 for single games to $25 for larger orders. This is subject to change. The shipping method will be determined by your location. We are shipping from North Carolina so we will utilize the shipping method that fits the shipping amount charged.
