Description: Description This sale is for a factory sealed copy of "Document" by R.E.M. This is from 1987 (1st pressing) on IRS Records IRS-42059 (from Canada). This is in beautiful factory sealed condition. There is a breathe hole in the front shrink. Also, there is a cool sticker (NM) on the front shrinkwrap plugging the songs "The One I Love", "It's The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)" & "Exhuming McCarthy". The other songs are "Finest Workshop", "Welcome To The Occupation", "Disturbance At The Heron House", "Strange", "Fireplace", "Lightnin' Hopkins", "King Of Birds" & "Oddfellows Local". Super nice! Condition Cover : The cover is in NM- condition with a small cut-out notch near the upper left corner but otherwise this looks new. The shrinkwrap is clean, tight & untorn.
