Includes (2) torsional stub axles with 1" straight spindles, castle nuts and cotter pins. Spindle arms are positioned at 45 degree downward starting angle with 2-1/2" of travel. Stub axles do not include flanges for mounting electric or hydraulic brakes. Mounting plate measures 8-5/8" x 4-1/2".
