How Do Reiki Healers Work With Energy Energy healing practitioners begin by preparing themselves and the room for the session. They then set their intention and focus for the session and the client. Please note, Reiki can never do harm. During a ”in person” session they use their hands starting at the head they hover above the body and channel the Reiki energy to the client. The same concept is used to carry out distance healing, know as Reiki Absent Healing. Each Energy Healer is unique in how they practice distance-healing sessions. Often making use all of the tools they have learnt whilst studying and practicing healing. I use all the tools available to me including crystals and symbols.
