Description: Redware Ovoid Jug approx 8” tall. Red clay jug was covered in black soot and prior to washing, was all black. Some black is orange peel textured and burnt into the shiny glazing. Some stone pops and glaze flakes on sides. Stone or bubble hole on back of handle. Shrink lines between spout and handle. No cracks. A nice looking and colorful little jug. See pics
