The only item we require to be usable is the cover door. Item will not ship until we receive your core, you may pay a refundable $200 core charge and your unit can ship right away. You will be refunded as soon as we get your old one in. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist in arranging shipping of the core to us.
