The bulb lights up, the right arm and the head rotate. The original angel head has been removed and replaced with this furry little dude's head. Please see video in the pictures section to appreciate how fun this piece is. It operates with a standard 110v two-prong plug n (included), but can be appreciated while not in motion as well. The bulb is newly replaced. The possum head was mounted by me using traditional taxidermy methods, it is NOT freeze-dried or mummified. This little possum met its end on the mean streets of NC.
