If your scooter turns on, but doesn't move then the problem is most likely the controller or throttle. We also sell a kit including the throttle if you need both. Once we receive and process the return (within 7 days) a refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus our cost to ship it to you and a 15% restocking fee. Once an order is made, canceling it is not possible, as by the time customer service reads the email the package is likley allready deep inside the truck behind hundreds of other packages. Note that your shipping notification happens WHEN THE TRUCK IS PICKED UP FROM OUR DOCK. So, if you order on a friday night, you may not see a shipping notification till monday, even though its allready been shipped. This is because UPS/USPS only do pickups Mon-Fri, and not on the weekends.
