Instead of a ratcheting handle this has an 18mm hex head style ratcheting mechanism. They are previously used, only once for crating. Some are like new condition and others may have some color fading on nylon but does not affect its function. These are made of very strong nylon and are good for heavy duty anchoring. Good for use in securing luggage, cargo, crating, anchoring down Mowers/Outdoor Power Equipment, ATV's, Motor cycles or some other small UTV's that is being transported on a trailer or back of truck.
