Description: In the 1960's, milk was often delivered direct to your door, by your milk man. Sigh. Those were wonderful days! You would open the door in the am, and there sits your milk, cream, eggs and dairy stuff. At Christmas (milk men, like paper boys, depended on tips) the company gave paper advertising ornaments for the milk men to give their customers as advertising, and to encourage tips. These are becoming quite rare, and really hard to find, especially in this condition. This piece is a tree topper, and stands about 8" tall when assembled. It is made for a topper for your tree, or to sit on your mantle. This piece is unpunched and unused, with no damage. There is some age darkening to the paper, but no creases or issues. It is starting to come slightly loose along the punch out edges. You won't be disappointed. I have a Caroler from Foremost milk for sale in another listing if you are interested!
