The set includes a quit rare and scarce 1st model Record No. 1700 made in Sweden ca 1940s, and a combination of various lures. The fishing box comes with a rare booklet included in the set, making it a complete package for those looking to complete their vintage collection. This early example ABU Record 1700 has stamped Made In Sweden on the riveted foot. It features a plated chrome construction, an adjustable synchronized balance drag directly on the main shaft, black non-slip handles, adjustable bearing caps, and a firm and loud clicker. Smoothly operating, with all controls and adjustments working as intended. No cracks, no missing parts. No wobbling, no crazy sounds. Cosmetically in very good overall conditions, showing some moderate wear. The mixed fishing lures are in very good overall conditions, showing some moderate wear. They still catch as good today as they did all those years ago.
