RARE Vintage Canadian Commodore 1541-II Floppy drive

Description: Offered here is a vintage a RARE Canadian Commodore 1541-II disk drive that was offered for use with the new redesigned Commodore 64C and 128. Note the bilingual French/English box. Drive is in excellent condition and seems to work fine. Light yellowing if any. Passed all the test I could perform. Super quiet. When testing there were times I was not sure it was working but it functioned without issues. Includes original manual. Nice example. Packaging shows wear as pictured but still solid. Missing 1 rubber foot. Remember these drives are now 40 years old! I remembering paying 549 for a VIC 20! Because of the nature of vintage electronics the drive is sold "as is" - "parts or repair". No warranty or returns. Although the drive does function as I describe, it may need cleaning/ repair and/or adjustment to operate at optimum efficiency - unsure. Please check out my other listings.
