The upper banner reads “HARKER & SON”, also an event or sponsor we are not familiar with. It is a great looking custom made trophy buckle that features an eye catching combination of engraved sterling silver, brass, bronze, a blue gem stone, raised silver roping scene, HEELER banner, and a border design that is also unusual with an oval bronze star and rectangular ends with rosettes. Although the buckle is not solid sterling silver, the engraved silver portions on the front are sterling silver………similar to other buckles stamped as “sterling face” or “sterling front”. As we said, we’re not sure who this “RB” maker is, but they sure do make a real nice high quality buckle. The dimensions are 4” x 3 3/8”, fits belts up to 1 1/2” wide and weighs about 4 ounces.
