If you do not like the packaging material used that’s your opinion but, it works for us and at least items arrive safe plus we like to recycle ♻️. If your item was not “delivered” but technically delivered via tracking…look around for your package - contact your local delivery service and ask for assistance. We do not live near you so we can’t find the package for you; do not open a claim because you can’t find an item - your item is insured so worse case we will file a insurance claim with the shipper. This is my full time job; keep that in mind when trying to return an item for a petty reason, we are not Amazon or a Chain Store - we are a small business just trying to survive - the shipping charges are accurate unfortunately we cannot lose money on shipping so we cannot ship for free or cheap — PLEASE ask all questions before bidding.
