The whole piece is hollow and holds a pot of water. measures 10 1/2 inches tall and 9 1/2 inches wide In very nice condition. There is some crazing/surface cracks on the base...As shown in the pictures...however they do not go all the way through and it has never been broken. The rest of the teapot is in excellent condition This is truly a unique teapot.
