These cellars were part of a serving set created specifically for the Manhattan restaurant by renowned mid-century modern designers L. Garth and Ada Huxtable. This set is fully marked 'A Four Seasons Design, International Silver Co.. Silver Soldered, SN 0127, copyright 4 S Inc. (for Four Seasons) and 65 in a square which is for the percentage of pure silver. These are original, used in the restaurant salts during the 1950's/60's. Original estate found patina showing normal age/use wear, surface wear with scratching and dings, pitting, tarnish.
