Description: This VINTAGE RARE HARD TO FIND - 500 piece - SUPERMAN - “SUPERMAN SPRINGS INTO ACTION” puzzle from 1940. The puzzle is COMPLETE and when assembled with all the original pieces it measures 16 x 20 inches. The Picture frame is not included. Item# 1516. The Box measures 8.5 x 11 x 1.5 inches. It comes from a smoke-free household. The interlocking pieces are made of sturdy cardboard and showcases a colorful depiction of the Super Hero. The puzzle was produced in the United States by Saalfield for Superman Inc. and Registered at Stationers Hall and is a must-have for Comic / Superman fans. Saalfield was known for producing high-quality puzzles back in the day and this one is no exception. The PUZZLE is in Very Good condition. The BOX is in Fair condition for 84 years old.
