Description: Very good vintage condition (1980’s) German Plush Teddy Bear by G. WURM D-51107 Köln (very rare) with metal medallion. Made in Cologne, Germany. Copyright pattern protected. Decorative article only - not a toy. Measures approximately 9" tall with jointed arms and legs. Great partner for the same 9” bear dressed in Dirndl (the female version of lederhosen).There are some very faint age spots on the shirt sleeves. Also some faint discoloration from years of contact with the leather material of the lederhosen that is not evident when lederhosen is on. The soles of the feet show some wear and the right sole has some tiny pieces of velvet worn away. Please see photos. The bear itself is in great vintage condition. Complete or add to your collection with this cute as a button, adorable, well preserved treasure.
