Description: Rare and Early Rachel Gera Modernist Sterling Silver with inlay Stones Pendant on Long Bar Links Chain. Signed on back ISRAEL 925, the chain safety clasp marked 925. I am positive this is by the jewelry designer Rachel Gera even though not signed with her name. Stunning Modernist Mid Century designed pendant with inlay of free cut mixed stones, iconic outline with beautifully balanced positive negative space, all set on twenty four long linked bars chain. The hook clasp has a simple safety round to firmly close the opening. Weighs 30 grams.Chain measures end to end 26 1/2" long, I would say wearing it would bring it down 13 3/4" from back of neck to bottom of the pendant. In excellent condition no damage or repairs noticed, well cared for and light use. Clean no odors, nicely polished and FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME.
