Description: 1985 HULK HOGAN AS THUNDERLIPS WRESTLING RING WITH FIGURE REMCO ROCKY WWF. Please note I had two of these sets and this is my last complete one! Hulk Hogan Thunderlips Wrestling Ring set from Remco. Released in 1985 to capitalize on the growing popularity of Hulk Hogan, this rarely-seen set is about as crudely assembled as it is enticing. This is a rare find despite how much Remco cheaped out on it. This one barely turns up on the secondary market, mostly because it was produced in such small quantities upon its 1985 release. Condition: Hulk figure has tight joints and is in excellent condition. Original parts bag is still sealed. (Rope, Posts, Directions and Championship Belt.) Box is a soft thin light cardboard. There is moderate to heavy wear throughout with rips, tears, staining and general overall age wear. One side has a piece torn out as pictured. A very old thin stain line can be seen on front than runs down from top to bottom right along the dent (see close up pic) and at the very bottom the stain is darker on the corner (also pictured). The black plastic ring is cracked on the right corner than carries from the flat top of ring and continues down the side. There does look like a glue repair that can be seen from the underside.
