Description: This rare 1930s "High Plane" litho hinged pocket 1 1/2 oz. tobacco tin, measuring 4 1/2" x 7/8" x 3", is in very good condition with no rust, a very small dent and some very minor age related paint scratches. Most of the original high gloss finish remains. The hinge is in excellent working order. .measuring 4 1/2" x 7/8" x 3”. This very attractive bright red tin wit white lettering features and image of a Douglas DC3 airplane in flight. The tobacco was manufactured by the Larus & Brothers Company, Richmond, VA in Factory 45, District, VA.
