There are a few areas where the wool cashmere is thinned out and gone no hole but not the same as rest of coat. I believe 4 or 5 very small areas. Comes with belt meets eBay standards on cleaning of item. This is a vintage jacket size 4. Dry clean only. Measures 21” pit to pit and 28.5” long from shoulder seam to end of coat. Sleeves are 13” from pit to cuff folded. Has shoulder pads as well. Blue label made in USA Ralph Lauren smoking jacket. Inside pockets as well.
