(see gallery pictures for reference)NON-SPORT - No arch extension on the bottom of door.SPORT - Any arch extension on bottom of door, includes other kitted up versions. · Wheels If you have large profile off road tyres fitted, check that you have enough space to fit a Flap | Bracket | Bolt head when turning your front wheel (from Left to Right) - Includes 20" Wheels. Front Support Bar Required? As there isn't anything to fix our Front Mud Flap Bracket to at the bottom, check to see if your van has the original small Front Mud Flaps Fitted. If it DOES - you can re-use the bracket by drilling out the rivets and increasing the hole size to 6.5mm. Our FRONT Mud Flap Bracket (supplied as standard with the kit) can now bolt to this. If you DO NOT have the original flaps fitted you can purchase our Lower Support bars as an addition to your order (eBay Item Number: 166056403630) which will include special self-tapping bolts to fix it to the chassis. Additional Rear Brackets Required?If you DO NOT have the rear inner arch liner fitted - some Pre Facelift and the very latest version Facelift vans don't have them installed. You will need to purchase our rear support bars for the rear inner fixing of the Mud Flaps. (eBay Item Number: 165244673628) Where our FRONT Bracket fits to the inner arch liner at the top – there should be a T30 Torq Screw (located approx. 6inch up from the bottom of the inner arch)Unfortunately, some (a handful) of the old models do NOT have this, there is a plastic rubber bung in its place, there is no screw thread in the arch liner.We recommend NOT buying these mud flaps… - Some people have drilled into the metal arch liner to fix our top bracket - **WARNING** - if you push the drill in too far you may puncture the washer bottle reservoir which is behind the metal plate (we think on the passenger side) There are many people on the COG forum who have done this successfully, that may be able to advice you.
