Racoon Tiger Shrimp are mostly found in small streams and surrounding flooded grassland and reeds in Asia. Racoon shrimp are in the Caridina family. Shipping live animals are never without risks. Usually, you as the customer will end up with a couple of free shrimps.We normally do not add extras with the more expensive shrimp for obvious reasons. If for some reason you receive dead shrimp to exceed the extras, you will need to take a photo of the dead shrimp while still in the unopened bag within 2 hours of arrival and email it to us.DOAs are not covered due to the package being left outside in the elements for an extended period of time. Please ensure that someone will be home to collect the package when it arrives.
