Description: Here is a partial quilt top in the Square And Half Square pattern, #1763a in the Encyclopedia of Pieced Quilt Patterns by Barbara Brackman. This pattern is categorized as a Miscellaneous Equal Nine Patch block. Design was printed in the Kansas City Star in 1933. This project has a total of six different pieces sized as follows. Sizes are approximate.44" x 74"17" x 32"15" x 7 1/2" (there are four of this size)Fabrics are cotton muslin (thin in some instances) for the background and two navy blue and white flower prints. Pieces are generally clean, although there are a few light brown spots on the background fabric. Some stitching adjustments may need to be made for the pieces to lay flat. Please note, there are a few seams which will need to be resewn and some of the background pieces may need to be replaced due to holes. Item does not include any backing fabric, binding or batting for the top.
