A single Q Series BOV can support up to 1800hp! The valve and seal use a viton O-ring clamped in placed to prevent sticking or pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodized for superior wear resistance. The V-band clamp and aluminum flange (welding required) makes install clean and simple. The oversized banjo fitting allows for quicker actuator response, while the actuator is equipped with a high temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for extended life.
