They have been in the stock box since and are pristine. No handling or other issues and would be shocked if they were rated less than 9 and that is due to the original manufacturer. I consolidate shipping for multiple items and refund differences. They are already in penny sleeves and will put in a cardboard sleeve then into a hard envelope.
