Description: Up for sale is a precision cut replacement purple mirror acrylic pickguard that will fit the standard factory holes for an RG550 and Jem 777. Will also work great on clones built to proper spec as well as some other front routed RGs. Cut for an HXH pickup configuration (2x humbuckers). Will not fit Genesis series models. .118" (2.99mm) thick All of my mirror acrylic guards come stock with an attractive, contemporary, 90-degree edge around the perimeter. If you require a matte, 45-degree beveled edge, please contact me before purchasing for terms. IMPORTANT **MUST READ**---> For your convenience, we have a printable template (see below) that you must use to verify the fit before purchasing the guard. There can be variances on hole placement or irregularities between certain years of this particular model, therefore I do not guarantee this will be a modification-free installation to your guitar. If you have a collectible guitar that cannot have holes redrilled, or lack the resources to perform simple modifications, it is essential you check this template to your guitar. While we regretfully cannot guarantee that it will fit every single year, we can guarantee the mounting holes on the pickguard you order will match up to the properly printed template. Please print the following picture to check to your guitar to verify the fit (I also have an easier to print PDF available, just message me for access) As an additional warning, the printable template may not tell you the whole story on what you might run into in terms of fitment and hole mounting locations compared to when you try to fit the actual guard. If you are petrified of the fact that minor modifications may be required, please message me before purchasing the guard with the type of guitar you have, its country of origin, and a picture of the body. I can usually tell from just a picture of the guitar if you are going to be in the right ballpark in terms of fitment. Pickguard installation is not rocket science, but it is an operation that does require patience, skill and intelligence. The pickguard comes with a protective masking on the front.
