What appears to be a simple missing-persons case quickly turns seamy and steamy as Pope has dangerous run-ins with the law and a drug-addicted android whose body is a deadly weapon. It's a violent, passionate and humorous story illustrated in a quasi-animated style which provides a unique counterpoint to its lurid backdrop of sex, corruption, church politics, and hypocrisy."
