PRS SE Tremonti Custom Signature MIK MODS! Korean

Description: Up for grabs is my SE Mark Tremonti custom. This is the made in Korea version which was the golden era for the import PRS guitar. The frets look great as you can see in the picture. Neck pickup has been swapped for a Seymour Duncan 59. Bridge pickup is a Duncan custom custom that's had the ceramic magnet removed and replaced with an alnico 2. All cheap import potentiometers have been replaced with art of tone 5% tolerance 525K potentiometers and Russian military issue paper in oil capacitors installed in '50s wiring. Tremelo stop block is installed. If you don't like it, two small Phillips head screws will set you free. Glossy neck has been buffed down. Standard cheesy tuners have been replaced with Grover vintage lockers. Pick up screw pole pieces have been adjusted in a digital audio workstation for string to string waveforms to be the same volume. Low e string action is right at 2 mm. High e string action is about 1.5 mm. Guitar weighs 8 lb 13 oz. While I've had this guitar, it's spent most of its life in the gig bag being my backup due to its weight. Other than that, this guitar far exceeds its pay grade. Electronics control cavity cover is from a USA model. Screw holes did not line up, and it does not fit perfectly, but it does exactly what it's supposed to. Tremolo cover plate, and truss rod cover plate as well as tremolo bar will be included in the brown factory PRS gig bag. UPS insured ground shipping will be $50.
